Texas- Tripel- 8.1% ABV. Devil's Backbone is brewed in the traditional manner; Czech Saaz hops and Belgian yeast give this ale its distinctive flavor and aroma. Candi sugar made in-house adds strength without increasing heaviness. The result is a deceptively strong, pale golden ale.
